Plato de Lechón (Slow-Roasted Pork)

Yum. So many good plates at Porto's but my favorite has to be the lechon plate (with extra mojo sauce on the side). Another close favorite, the turkey sandwich with candied bacon. (rip creme brulee and tuna salad croissant sandwich)
